It is a quality product, but a little small for Dell 1764. It just fits it but streches to the extreme for the height. I wish it could be 1 inch taller and 1 inch thicker.
I had despaired of ever finding a stylish and business calibre bag for under $200 for my behemoth Lenovo 17″. I had tired of comments about my suitcase. I’d returned several bags that promised to accommodate up to 17″ laptops. Their claims, no matter the price proved false against my work appliance.
Now, I have co-workers envious and asking where they might get their own.
This is the bag for me when I’m not forced to use a wheeled bag to accommadate yet more and heavier stuff.
I pretty much love this pack, which I’ve owned for over a year. I just have two caveats. The first and the biggest one is that both zippers have crapped out. For some reason the zippers catch on the fabric that attaches them to the bag and wear a hole into the fabric making in a hassle to zip the pack because they catch every time. The second issue is that when loaded with a laptop there’s only room for about 2 or 3 notebooks or two textbooks tops. For the most part I’m pretty happy with it and when I’ve tried using other packs I end up coming back to this one.

Exactly what I expected. The reason I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 is that its sometimes tough to use the zippers. Also the first time I used it….got scratches really easy. Overall it’s a nice bag and just what I needed.
